Jess is phenomenal. There was some miscommunication on the bill and he was more than accommodating with correcting it. In addition to that the pizza was fabulous!

I've never had an issue with Flippers even on weekends. It can get crazy busy here at old town. The food is spectacular. I had the buffalo chicken pizza tonight. I'm not 100% crazy about their calzone. I think the crust is too hard. It's either supposed to be that way or overcooked. It is brick oven though, so it it cooks differently. Mama is the best. Stop in for a pizza and say hi to mama.

This place was so good! Great pizza and great service! They have several interesting recipes and great traditional ones as well. They use high quality ingredients and shows in the taste. We went several times on our trip to Orlando and will go back on our next trip.

They were very busy because of the New year. The food was great and service was wonderful. Thank you Destiny for being a wonderful hostess.

It was pretty good. It was a little more expensive then some other places but it was ready faster than expected.The quality was definitely above average but not great. They put the pepperoni under the cheese.Which was nice. Not sure if that is better. I guess it would depend on my mood. Maybe the price was because it is in Old Town.

Yes please! Absolutely great service! They make you feel like you are at home with friends! Oh and the pizza really good too.

Amazing food with stellar customer service. We had the pleasure of eating at Flippers last nice and the pizza was delicious. The pizza rivaled any pizza placr in central Florida, but the customer service was what truly atood out the most. Clarissa was our waitress and was better than we could have ever imagined. We could not expect better service at a 5 star restaurant. I wander if she has powers such as ESP because she was actually even to anticipate our dining needs even before they arose. This made the meal absolute perfection. Her dedication to customer satisfacrion is the reason we shall be returning, and I will be refering friends to the restaurant. Flippers is a good value for a restaurant and with Clarissa probiding the service, this restaurant is truly magical. When you go be sure to ask for her to be your waitress and you will be as impressed as we were HIGHLY RECOMMEND for good pizza, budget friendly dining, and stellar customer service.

Food was absolutely amazing! Service was superb! Highly recommend the cheese bread and getting the roasted toppings substituted for free. Roasted mushrooms and garlic was fantastic. All toppings tasted so fresh. Would return a million times. Francis was the best! They need to open a franchise in VA by us.

Pizza was good but not impressed I have had better.

Food delicious! Not easy to find! It is inside Old Town behind Checkers! I would recommend delivery vs pick up.

The breadsticks are amazing! Highly recommend! Pizza was also very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent.

5 stars for the crust, 5 stars for the speed and 100 stars for Ma for her great service...Will make this a staple for my future Orlando visits..

I had a great time at this pizza restaurant. Our waitress' nickname was "Ma" and she was a great server. Old Town allows dogs and Flippers allowed us to sit in their outside area with our dogs. The pizza was fantastic. The topings were under the cheese! I will definitely make a point to visit this restaurant next time I am in Orlando.

I love the old chicago windy pizza from a few years back... We go here as they remember us and recreate it anytime we ask... Nice friendly staff.. Good pizza good price.... Worth a visit then walk around old town and listen to the live bands play for free... Nice

We love Flippers! We have only eaten at this location. We visit once or twice year, every time we visit the Orlando area. It's a little small, but well worth the wait. Everyone is very friendly and the food to die for. Their garlic bread sticks melt in your mouth and I haven't had anything like then anywhere else. If you like tons of garlic, butter, and soft bread, do yourself a favor and try them. The pizza reminds me of an old school New York style pizza. Our server, everyone calls Mom, we have had several times over the years and is always great. She even took the time to entertain my 4yr old. She didn't have to, but my daughter loved it. Thanks Mom and Flippers! We can't wait to go back.

A person grown up in New York pizza is a go to food, for people who moved or vacation to Florida finding a great pizzeria that well come close or match is Flippers Pizzeria the aroma takes you back 🤤🍕 for a 16" 8 slice, 2 topping and bread sticks with mozzarella sauce for $22.58 just cant go wrong the taste well you need to try it yourself. Pizza are cook in a brick oven the place is small but roomy and a tv great place to bring your family, friends or a date. J.G Jr.

Great lunch prices for the amount of food you get... also delicious. Service was as good as anyone could expect, didn't wait for refills and our food was straight out of the oven.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Our server was Dorian. She was very welcoming and friendly. The pizza was delicious. The dough was fresh and the sauce was tasty. The pizzas are made to order so server advised us wait time is 15 minutes. Our food arrived quick. This is a neat little pizza place with a great history and delicious quality food. Skip the other chain pizza places and definitely try this place out.

Go ahead. Keep eating that soft, bready pizza from All-star or Pop. Yuck!Instead, call this place!Some gentle soul will pick up the phone; will make your pizza, will deliver your pizza, and rendezvous with you in one of your resort parking lots if you give him your cell phone number and have enough class to answer the darn phone when he call you!!! The Pizza is excellent!!!If you do not tip this gentleman well, I hope your luggage gets lost and it rains all week on your vacation. A real tip. Are you from Out-of-town? Want some real pizza like I did? Call Flippers in Old Town Kiss. I highly recommend.

We came to Florida for our honeymoon... So glad we found this hidden Gem... Best Pizza We have ever ate.. We are leaving out tomm and gonna make our 3rd trip for pizza for the ride home... Service was amazing as well... super friendly.. They take pride in their work and it shows... I would give them more stars if i could

Best meal we have had since we first arrived here!!!!Pizzas are incredibly delicious!!!We ordered 3 individual pizzas 2 traditional crust 1 GLUTEN FREE and we were all more than 100% satisfied!!!!So delicious!!!Our delivery driver or was really nice to!!A+++👊

Well in Old Town I highly recommended picking this restaurant. The service was amazing and the food was great too. We ordered the breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza. You could tell they used high quality ingredients.

Although I was about 8, this was one of the things I still remember from my trip to Florida, and despite me not being able to remember the taste of the food, my sister and mum say that it was amazing. Very nice

Old Towns BEST PIZZA...hands down. Every city I visit, I'm always looking for amazing pizza. Flippers have won my pizza loving heart over. Real brick oven pizza, the most tasty crust, freshest ingredients and the friendliest staff. Shout out to Ma!!

The best pizza place around. I eat pizza here at least once a week. My family and I love it. The staff is friendly too.

Nothing to rave about. Our pizza took a long time to make. We were told a 25 minutes l wait, but it was longer than that. They also didn't being out kids pasta until the pizza came out despite us asking for it ASAP. They also forgot part of our order. The pizza itself we as alright. Nicely flavored but the crust wasn't our fav.

It was my first time to this place. It was better than I expected. It wasn't expensive. The pizza was amazing. It was bigger than expected. I would recommend. You have alot of choices for toppings.

Great pizza. This pizza place is inside old town but in a corner. They have indoor seating and a couple of tables outdoor. Staff was pretty nice. Restrooms were clean. Beautiful view of Old Town ferris wheel. They are open till late but for take out only. Parking can get pretty busy because of Old Town. Will definitely be going again.

Friendly staff and tasty pizza. Our waitress was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us on her down time, this made our experience memorable and left a lasting impression with us. The pizza we had was recommended and it didn't disappoint. The flavor combinations mixed well and hit the spot. This was our first time here and we chose it from other reviews. Will be returning.

I called this so called business prior to 10pm closing and was hung up on twice. Second time the guys says "we're closed". I responded with "you closed at 10 right? It's 9:55pm?" He responds by hanging up on me. If he would have said we stop orders at 9:45pm or something like that I would have said ok no problem. I called back immediately and they just let the phone ring. Very unprofessional.

Great pizza and salad. Pasta was ok. Parking is impossible.

On vacation and always eat from places we don't have at home. The Google reviews sold us on Flipperd... so we ordered delivery. Est. time was 60 minutes- but our pizza arrived in 45. As a family of pizza "connoisseurs", this made our top 5 all time favorite pizza places!

Great service & atmosphere. The waitress was very nice, helpful, and thoughtful in her suggestions. The pizza was SO GOOD. We ordered half cheese and half Italian meats. The sausage flavor was what I have been looking for and only found one other time since my teens (I'm over 50). The sweet tea was absolutely fabulous. Now the sauce was a basic tomato sauce which let the toppings do the talking. If you want a great overall experience and good pizza this is the place for you.

The pizza we ordered was soooo salty it was almost unedible. I had been to flippers before and it came highly recommended. After I returned the pizza they explained all their roasted veggies and pesto sauce have salt added so ordering a pizza with these ingredients makes it much more salty.They did not provide a refund but we got a margherita pizza instead that was more tolerable. In terms of taste 3/5 stars.

Some of the best thin crust pizza I've had!! The bread sticks are outstanding. The waitress was very nice and the food was served quickly, almost burned my mouth 😳. Be forewarned that parking can be a PITA.

My husband and I dropped in while walking thru Old Town Kissimmee and I am forever going to crave this pizza. Heather our waitress was fantastic and we hadn't even left the table before we were planning a return trip. We had the lunch specials and still had food to take home. I wish I could give more then 5 stars.

Best pizza place in the town. After a long time, I experienced the best service.

Ordered quite a large order 6 large pizzas and a lot of sides . Pizza guy quoted me 45 minutes to an hour very understandable . To my surprise it arrived in 30 minutes, VERY hot and VERY delicious. Not to mention that the driver *whom I spoke to on the phone initially* had brought my family plenty of plates and napkins Romano cheese etc. He was charming and witty . Thank you Nick from old town flippers and thank you for the wonderful experience.Looking forward to our next delivery from him!!
